Got the level 20 spicy miso ramen, expected it to be a little spicier, nothing intense at all. It was very delicious though! My wife and I could not stop...

2023-11-04 13:43:17Hinodeya Japantown is a go-to spot whenever I have friends visiting San Francisco for ramen. The dining area doesn't feel too touristy or commercialized;...
2023-10-12 22:37:46Ramen is still solid. Noticed now they've gone completely digital--once seated at your table, order & pay online, and your food is brought to you. Very efficient, though nearly zero interaction with staff.
4 months agoThe house Ramen was very good. The broth was not too salty, the pork was tender and flavorful, and the eggs were soft boiled and very tasty. 16 dollars was what I paid for one bowl and an additional 2 dollars for two halves of an egg. The server was polite and the service was extremely fast, our Ramen was ordered and on our table in 5 minutes. A place I would recommend to others.
a month agoGood ramen shop! The add-ons are great here, especially how spicy you can make ramen as well as the garlic chili freely on every table. They had a creamy vegan ramen, which was great since you dont usually creamy vegan see as an alternative option. The noodles themselves could be a bit more al-dente and chewy though.
2 weeks agoWe came here on a recommendation from The hotel we stayed at in Japan Town. I was not expecting the flavors of the dishes here to as delicious as they were. I still dream of this ramen. I opted for the vegan yuzu ramen and truly it has now become my favorite ramen I’ve ever had. I’m sad I can’t frequent this place more often since I came from Out of town but if you’re a local or just visiting do yourself a favor. This is an absolute MUST.
a month agoFive of us had dinner here. The food is good but the overall experience comes off as street food. The menus is all done by your cell phone so it’s a bit of a mixed bag as to what you will get. My ramen soup was very good. We had less success with our small bites or side dishes as the oysters had too thick a breading In summary the ramen is the highlight. The other dishes not so much. The phone menu costs another star.
