My partner and I had a sushi crazing and decided to finally give this place a try after walking by it so many times. We are so happy we did! The staff is so welcoming and friendly. The portions are generous! We are vegan and though they didn’t have many options, the two rolls, miso soup and agadashi tofu were delicious. We left happy!

The lunch bento box is delicious, and portion size is generous. The pork is juicy and the best part is there is uji time ice cream 5oz for dessert.

As much as you would like saki (and they never let your cup run dry). Sushi is okay it's not the best sushi in Oakland, but it is affordable. We go there with friends for the saki and good times, not because we need to settle a craving for sushi. Staff was nice, prices are great. I'd recommend for a fun night out.

Such great ambiance and value. They offer an unlimited box of sake for five bucks extra if you buy a meal of a certain amount. The sushi is fresh, the space is intimate and the service is always great. I love meeting up with friends here, since it’s so centrally located and right by the lake. I would eat here every day if I could afford to.

Came to eat dinner with our baby. They were super accommodating and made us feel welcome. Food and service were great.
