Went to grab a coffee, but got food envy when I saw another customer order fish and chips, so I ordered my own. The fish was great, nice batter, crispy and didn't have an overly greasy feel to it. Only downsides to the mean were the mushy peas being strangely watery and the serving of chips being on the small side. And the coffee was ok.
3 months agoBeautiful place to dine and excellent service. The staff members are very friendly and the atmosphere is really cool. One of the best places In Belfast for a tasty n yummy meal.
7 months agoTerrible food worse we have ever had.My chicken was dry stringy and the coating was burnt, it looked like it had been reheated, tobacco onions cold, champ bland and pepper sauce looked like dog sick. My partner's chicken was the same, he was also supposed to get brisket in his second taco but didn't, his potato cubes were not completely cooked, the slaw looked like it had been sitting around for a couple of days and the halopinos where cut in hugh chunks both meals where served on top of paper. When we complained the only offer we where given was to replate them without the paper.
2 years agoDreadful, had the panko chicken burger, burnt bun and overcooked burger that somehow managed to taste of nothing. The chips were dull and impossible to salt as no table salt available, just salt mills that throw chunks everywhere. Best thing on the plate was the coleslaw and even that was mediocre. Other half didn't fair much better with fish and chips. The battered fish looked like it had been forgotten in the fryer it was so dark in colour and its flavour was lost. 2 stars as the staff were friendly.
7 months agoFood was not as listed. Missing half the specified ingredients, chicken burger was dry, had no sauce and no flavour despite being "peri peri". Loaded skins came with sour cream not garlic mayo as was on the menu, also over cooked/pretty dry. BBQ pizza was bland, had to use pepper just to taste...something.
