First of all the staff was super nice. Menu options a bit limited but fine. I got the Saul burger with kimchi. It was ver interesting twist. However the patty came too thick and small in diameter so it was too dense in the middle rather than well distributed along the burger. Patty didn’t have any taste was rather blunt. Burger as a meal wasn’t anything tragic but it was glamorous either. A regular burger which was super hard to eat and enjoy because of the shape. Truffle fries were actually really good. Selection no of local beers was a nice surprise.

Best pork gyozas I've ever had (they give 4 per serving, but I forgot to take a picture). Better than in any asian restaurant I've ever been to, honestly. It blew me away, since not a single member or the staff was Asian. The korean chicken was exquisite, all the flavors mixing so well that I got emotional. Best fries I've ever tasted in my life, too. The ramen was so obviously made with delicate care, it was the perfect thing to have on a day as rainy as this one, though I prefer it with more flavor. Everything they do, from the kimchi, over the fries, the gyozas, the noodles, the broth, even the ketchup - they make all of it themselves, by hand. What they can't make, they choose from people who can, and very carefully. I have been in fancy restaurants, but I have never before come across food made so well, with so much care and love. The waiter was so nice and friendly too, you can totally tell he loves this place and this food as well. Every time I come to this city, I will DEFINITELY be paying them a visit!

I was intrigued by this place and the great reviews before coming here, when I went there I noticed that the menu was very small/limited as far as burgers go. I asked a waiter about the menu, saying I was looking for an American-style or classic burger. The waiter very rudely said that if I was looking for an American-style hamburger menu, he said that I could go to the nearby McDonald's. I found this statement very rude and disrespectful given that as a simple customer I had asked a question in good faith about the menu as it was my first time in this place. The hamburger I had was good but not exceptional as praised by the reviews and furthermore the total price paid for what I took in the photo (around 18 euros without a drink) is not justified together with the rudeness of the service. Not recommended and overrated

Tofu ramen was too mild in flavours. I expected some kick from any ingredient but it didn't happen. Friendly staff gave me chilly oil but it didn't help. Maybe it's just a matter of taste.
