The worst thing I have ever eaten in my life, I ordered a medium double crust crispy bacon pizza for almost 20 euros and it was a cardboard, cold, hard and inedible with little cheese between the dough and a hair, some cheddar cheese rolls and that as You can see in the photos, apart from the fact that they are pure dough, the little cheese I brought came out of these, the supposed chili rolls with mosarezza, I don't even know what the hell they were filled with, the micro-heated wings all chewy and the sauces that had to be They didn't send it to come with the rolls, thank goodness I placed the order through glovo and they refunded my money and compensation because I placed the order at 10:25 p.m. and it arrived at 12:11 a.m., having called twice to complain and we had I had to make dinner at home because at that time there was no place to order anything else, let's never repeat it again.
2 months agoTonight, I was forced to cancel an order after waiting 2 hours from when it was ordered, after having had two telephone conversations with the store, in which I was assured, on both occasions, that they would put them in the oven and send them quickly. Order ordered at 9:20 p.m. called giving internet a waiting time of 35'. First call at 10:20 p.m., in which they lied to me for the first time, and at 11:20 p.m. the same lie was repeated, acknowledging that they didn't even have them in transport... So, by not offering me any guarantee reliable as to when the pizzas were going to be received so they could feed the three daughters, he canceled the order, going to bed with a glass of milk and some cookies, and everyone in a bad mood. I am a great consumer of Telepizza and I know the service in several cities in Spain, and specifically the particular case of Oviedo is, by far, the worst of those that I know of. Non-compliance is not occasional, it is often repeated on weekends, but this time it has been unacceptable, as the consumer is informed with lies. It is a shame that a brand of such prestige and tradition in our country is mistreated in this way by managers who do not take consumer service seriously and are informed with repeated lies of the progress of their order. I hope they know how to take the appropriate measures, because otherwise they will lose followers, as is, sadly, my case today...
3 weeks agoWe placed an order at 9:00 p.m. for dinner from the App. We ordered 3 medium pizzas and selected the option to pay in cash. When 45 minutes had passed we decided to press the “continue order” option to see how it went and it wouldn't let us see it, so we called the store by phone. They pick up the phone and tell us not to worry that the order has been placed correctly but that it is not yet prepared and that it will take a while longer to reach us. After waiting another 45 minutes we called again and they told us that the delivery man was coming out. An hour and a half later, the delivery man finally arrives, gives us the pizzas and leaves. Everything seems fine until we open the pizzas and see that one of them is not what we had ordered, it is another pizza that we had not even ordered. We call the store again and they tell us not to worry and that they will send us the pizza we were missing right away. After another 50 minutes the delivery man arrives again with the pizza we were missing. In short, we placed an order at 9:00 p.m. and it arrived complete 3 hours later. I find the treatment received shameful and we will try next times to order from another store other than Gonzalez Besada's, because I don't think that's how things should be done. Or at least, if it is going to be like that, let them notify the client
3 weeks agoI have placed an order today, 12/09/2023 at 9:31 p.m. through the App for the “Triple: 3 of your family members” offer, the situation is as follows and that is that I have selected that offer, the amount has been of €32.85 and until I placed the order and received the ticket by email with 3 medium ones, at all times there were three family members for that amount. Indeed, the delivery man has arrived with three medium ones. At that time I called the establishment to comment on the situation (González Besada 25, Oviedo-Asturias- store number 00186- belongs to the franchise: QRS NORTH SPAIN COMOANY, S.L, CADENA GARDOKI N1 PLANTA 4) in which, at first, there was no They have given me no solution in this regard, telling me that they had nothing to do with the Telepizza App and no type of contact to make a complaint, since they could not do anything, after insisting the worker gave me the solution that I should do the return of the pizzas and a new order with the corresponding amount (because you also deceive with the amount, pointing out that it is for family members and turns out to be for medium-sized ones) which does not serve me as an answer because I repeat, what you do is a deception In addition to telling me that maybe the mistake fell on me when selecting the offer, as can be seen in the photo I attached, THERE IS NO 3x1 promotion in medium sized ones, which was the one that was applied to me. I find the misleading advertising you do a shame and a deception, you sell a 3x1 of relatives when it comes to medium-sized ones, and you also have franchises that wash their hands without giving any type of facility in this regard or contact for the claim, it has to be the client the one who has to waste time after having had a disastrous service. As a customer, it is not my problem that it is a franchise, I have to be given a solution the same as if it were an official Telepizza store.
