Very disappointed with this Location! I had Dominos App for years and I order with my App all the time. Last night I did an order like always, they send me the confirmation email an show me the status like always, after an hour and half later the “manager” call me that they have the order ready but that I place wrong the Location, I told her that I don’t pick, the application does base in location, she did told me she could send someone to make the delivery but at the same time she did have drivers at the moment and I was out of the limits anyways, so yes but no! then I ask her why call me an hour and a half later when the food was done and ready just to tell me she will Cancel the order anyways?, she said because we only see the order of the food, which make me wonder, the times that this happen with more people! she also told me that I should call the other Dominos location directly to place my order and don’t use the app. The sad part is that I ask her about the food and if it was going to be wasted and she said yes! I asked to talked with a manager, she said she was the manager In charge! No help at all 😓 Very frustrated so please don’t reliable on the app with this location call directly to this store! And confirm first!

Gave them 5 stars. Pizza arrived 30 minutes after order on a Friday night. Both pizzas arrived correct and Very hot. Rodolfo delivered with courtesy and was very nice.

I would like to start by saying I don’t blame the team at this location, they are in Kissimmee so it’s pretty busy and I get that. But someone at this location needs to hire more drivers. It seems like there are only one or two so while the prep team takes only 10 minutes to prep which is pretty good the drivers don’t make it back to the store for another 10 to 15 minutes and then take out so many orders they won’t get to you for another half hour. Good quality pizza and quick made but just go in for carry out, they are understaffed and overworked, help them out.

I gave this establishment 2 stars because I had to literally wait 32 minutes for a pizza to arrive and then it was incorrectly made. I called and was on hold for 3 minutes and although Christina corrected my order, I had to wait 33 more minutes for it to arrive. Granted, this Domino's is literally 5 minutes from my house.

Yeah I've genuinely enjoyed domino's from this specific location for over a decade and I come in today and notice that everyone who's handling food can't stop touching their ears because they're wearing headphones. So I've watched everyone behind the counter that handles food , touch ears and not wash hands after doing so.
