I had an amazing experience here , the best part of this burger king is the beautiful man that works there called David . I have heard the rumours of this man following people home , I can confirm that these statements are untrue , trust me if I could get this man to follow me home he would be locked in and never released. This being is a god amongst men and I would give my left testical to share a union ring with this man as they are to DIE for. I personally have a shrine of this specimen in my home n I reap for the day to have this man feed me his famous union rings.

I visit this branch regularly, staff and management are always very friendly and helpful, especially wee Courtney (ya wee ray o' sunshine!) :) If I could give 10 stars I would.

In my personal experience, had the best and worse experiences of my life in this fine establishment. This burger king is out of this world , union rings to die for. My worse experience is through a certain worker named David. If I could explain David in one word it would be SACKED. This horrible excuse for a man not only tried to verbally abuse me at the counter but then continued to follow me home and wait outside the premises for hours on end , if you ever encounter this man. RUN and never look back. But aside from that defo get in abt those onion rings.

Absolutely fantastic service for Denise and Daniel who are based at Springfield Quay. Deliveroo messed up order, wouldn't take responsibility for their mistake. After trying to contact Burger King customer service numerous times with no response (ridiculous). At this point I have paid for produce that didn't arrive. I decided to call restaurant for advise, they tried their hardest to help and rectify this issue, as order was placed through BK App what they could do was limited. Over a week on from placing this order I am still out of pocket and no further forward but the service both Daniel and Denise displayed is something that BK head office and deliveroo should take note of. Thank you both for your help 😀 Recognition where its due xx

Absolutely amazing experience, I accidentally ordered my food to another store on the app and Theresa willingly helped me and offered me the meal here, she was a super star!!!!! The shop was great, all clean and great service from staff!!! The food was amazing too, all was fresh.
