When I walked in, it was like any other good experience? That's until I came back to my job because I went on my break. To pick up the food of course I'm thinking that everything is good. I've never had a problem with any other Rubios. In my opinion it's pretty pricey but the food is worth it. If its $40 for 3 dishes, I expect them to be perfect. My boss is the one that paid but this dish was for her. I couldn't go back and take it back because my lunch was already over. My boss took off the burnt parts and then she ate it and after She had to go to the restroom almost 3 times in 30 minutes. What's I'm pretty sure. That meant that she got food poisoning. It might be the last time I go to this one. Because what's the point of it being pricey if they can't even get it right?

The manager was very welcoming when I entered the air conditioner was very low so it was warm I should of eaten outside they do have tables. The food and service was excellent 👌

Corporate what are U all doing lately?! Been a loyal Rubios fan for 20years, with colleagues who worked in legal dept down in SD, and after frequenting this local store for past 5years, suddenly corporate replaced the regional manager, store manager, most of staff & changes in store policies....went from a warm, friendly, welcoming & impeccably attentive culture with clean store, to cold, inattentive, poor morale culture, often with salsa bar empty and/or dirty as well as lack of that special attention that made coming here special!! If these changes are an indicator of the overall franchise culture shifts, then Corporate may want to take heed of this dire trajectory, as you will likely alienate many loyal long-time patrons!

The best Rubio's I've ever been to. The employee with the beard is the greatest. He made suggestions for my meal that I hadn't thought of & they were great ideas!
