since the new owner took over, service has done a 180, the food got even better, and the overall experience is beyond pleasant. staff is friendly and personable, great attitude change from previous rosters. menu is still reasonably priced and the options are delicious and the sauces have seriously upgraded. we only take out so we don't care what the inside looks like when the food and service is so good. highly recommend!

Beware of additional charges! Two salads were ordered that included chicken. I substituted the chicken with shrimp. I was charged an additional $10 for each salad and the price of the salad wasn't adjusted for not having the chicken. Each salad ended up costing nearly $30 -- for that price both the chicken and the shrimp should have been served with it. Also, these charges were added directly to my card without my knowledge. If Zios could call the ordering app to add the charges, why not notify me as the customer? When I called to ask about why our lunch bill was $74, I was told that their computer doesn't make adjustments for substitutions. I then asked to speak to a manager that refused to come to the phone but offered to call the ordering app to refund $4/order. I wasn't prepared to spend $66 on lunch and although their food quality remains as good as always, the current management lacks decency and isn't concerned about customer service. Did I mention that I also ordered an extra salad dressing for each? One salad didn't have the extra and the other salad did but the dressing was wrong. I was charged for each of those too. If the manager would be more considerate to their customer's needs and admit to mistakes made, it would mean a lot to repeat business.

The Caprese Salad very fresh and delicious. The atmosphere is friendly, warm welcoming. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone. Very family friendly, kid friendly. The tomato was fresh off of a tomato tree, freshest basil. Mozzarella just as yummy. God Bless. Thank you, Haley Czarzasty (SRO Michael Czarzasty biological daughter). (I’ll probably update this review later). Thank you for being a business that supports first amendment/all constitutional rights.

Fantastic NJ Italian bistro! Never had a bad meal here. The menu offers a diverse set of options from pizza, salads, sandwiches, pasta, calzone, chicken entrees, etc. Steak salad was excellent. Well-cooked tenderloin with gorgonzola,red onion, and hearty tomatoes. Seating area is clean and organized. Love this place. Dine in or take it to go!

We all were very happy with our diners. The lobster ravioli sauce was amazing. My husband chose the veal parm and loved it. The other people in our group also loved their meals but I don't remember what they got. We will definitely be back.
