Domino's won't deliver to individual rooms at Solstice Senior living in Fenton. They will only deliver to front entrance. Not everyone can come to the main entrance. This is disrespectful. I cancelled my order because I couldn't make it to the main entrance.

7/17/23 - I can't find where to put a new review. 3 years later and this time, our order took TWELVE minutes! This location still has the best service. Our pizzas and cinnamon twists were delicious. Another excellent transaction with this Domino's. Thank you!! This Domino's has excellent service. The items we have purchased have always been delicious. Our orders are always right. Delivery, unbelievably good. One time, from placing our order to having it delivered to our front door, it took 11 minutes...……..ELEVEN minutes! We live about 4 minutes away. They are wonderful.

This location seems to have the best pan pizza around. It tastes great and always manages to clean my insides out.

So Domino's charged me for the pizza and sandwich yesterday 4/15/23. I never received the items because of the storms. I understand I don't want anyone risking their life for a pizza. I don't care that it was ordered well before the storms hit and was waiting in quality check for a good 20 minutes before any rain or wind started. i understand they lost power act of god things happen. I do care that I called the store and was told I have to call the bank because there is nothing they can do at the store. This is not acceptable. No apology just washing their hands of the situation. Never again.

The guy that I talked to was named Matt and he above and beyond helping me. The dominoes app was not working and I called in the order and he was very helpful great person all the employees at this location deserve 10 for their kindness and service. Best Dominos customer service I have ever seen
