We spent 3 nights in a "Superior Double" room that was nicely appointed, quiet and comfortable. The "double" bed is the size of a queen in the U.S.A. Service was friendly and helpful. The breakfast menu offers a nice variety and both breakfast and dinner in the restaurant were very good. This hotel is a short walk from Kew Gardens and from the Kew Tube station which makes for easy transfers to London. The hotel has WiFi, but if you really need it in your room or if you have trouble with stairs, be sure to mention this in any booking request.

Clean, large, if dated rooms. Bathroom could do with some refurbishing. Nice team there and a good breakfast. Location is so useful for the tube and getting around Kew and Richmond

We came here for the wake after a funeral and I have to say the buffet food that was provided was nothing short of delicious. The sandwiches were so tasty and they were the least exciting thing. Everything had an Asian twist of sorts. Falafel and goats cheese balls were exceptional. The star of the show was similar to a scotch egg but not quite. I am still have daydreams about those slices of egg in their wonderful coating. The service was seamless and very friendly.

It's a bit shabby. But, great service and staff. Comfortable clean rooms/bed and a great location for Kew Gardens and the railway station. We will stay again if we visit this area again.

We stayed here for one night for the England V Wales match at Twickenham. Sadly there was a private event on that day so we didn't get to use the pub before or after. Our room #20 was on the top floor and very small. The bathroom was literally a shower/toilet and I am just grateful I am not on the big side as it would be a struggle, the shower was very claustrophobic. A nice touch with all the toiletries though. It was very warm so we used the AC although we didn't put the hose out the window to start so it didn't cool down straight away but that was user error. The breakfast was lovely we had coffee, juice and the vegan pancakes with sour dough toast. The hotel is located very close to Kew station, Twickenham was a hours walk but you could get the train. We enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it.
