we ordered online. there were very specific instructions put in place: my partner is allergic to mayonnaise so we asked for no mayo but the burger came covered in it, and with no cheese which we paid extra for! my burger came with a tomato on despite instructions not to but both came with the special instructions stickers so i can only consider this gross misconduct from the staff as this could be very dangerous if i hadn’t checked the food first! appalling

We went into the restaurant because we wanted hot food. The fries were so cold there wasn't even warmth from the heating lamps on them! The big mac's were slapped together so badly that most of the lettuce was in the box. I don't know when McDonald's decided one tiny little pickle and a 10p size squirt of sauce is enough but it most definitely isn't! It's been 30 years since I was a McD's manager but I would have been really angry if someone put food out like that! Not to mention turning off the shake machines right at 17:30. No apologies or anything. My husband ordered a shake and then my granddaughter and I couldn't order one because it was turned off in the middle of us ordering! We only knew it was turned off because my husband inquired what happened. We managed to get pickles and fresh fries but there was no replacement for the undercooked bacon on my husband's big mac. Don't believe the ads... The stuff isn't crispy or cooked fresh!

Hair in the middle of the burger !!! Ain't hair nets meant to be worn. Take 1 bite and see the hair wrapped around an onion... absolutely disgrace and then string in the nugget... Mcdonald seriously has no standards. £35 spent and no one gonna eat it now after finding that in to meals.. Won't let this review post without a star

Absolutely appalling custom service this evening. Ordered 3 strawberry milkshakes via the drive-through. Initially given 2 and asked to park and wait for the rest of the order. Food brought out and requested the 3rd milkshake. It had been missed on ordering. It's not an issue. We are all human, and I was more than happy to walk into the store and purchase the 3rd milkshake. As I approach the counter, I was greeted by 2 different members of staff making derogatory comments regarding my stupidity, having not requested the 3rd milkshake at the collection window. The attitude of these 2 staff members was totally unnecessary, and I am sure it is not what the company/franchise expects. And yes, I did point out I was standing there, listening to their comments. On arriving home with essentially cold food, that order was also incorrect. Having ordered a grilled chicken wrap, which had been rechecked and verified on 2 separate occasions, I was still given a crispy chicken wrap, which I was unable to eat due to health reasons.

Drive through staff was very rude and ask for team leader to help but she was rude to she refused to give one ketchup to my 10 years old boy I never heard this before in any restaurant she said with one meal only one ketchup is allowed I ordered large meal. That was horrible experience with new staff. Old management was nice 21/08/2023 14:15...
