My old iPhone SE had a weak battery and even though I didn't have an appointment, Gravis was able to install a new battery for me in under an hour. Very professional and courteous service. Thank you Gravis!!

I've been there for an apple repair, the Apple Store is constantly busy and you need to make an appointment a week before. Well here is a bit similar, except that you have to wait at least an hour before a tech can talk with you. Even with 10 customers waiting, only one person to care about. And the store is quite big, with many people from the store passing by here and there, caring about their own destiny, I guess.

I booked an appointment via Apple for battery replacement I handed in the phone. They told me it will be ready i. 2 hours. I waited 2 hours, as suggested to receive it + 15' in the queue. Only then they found out & told me they were out of new battery replacements left. They were sorry (the robot way)...
