I think italian would be ashamed of this place. The food we tasted was not good at all. Picture attached to this comment is supposed to be linguine with garlic & spicy oil. What it was were saulted chinese noodle with burned garlic. The person I was with ordered a carpaccio which clearly was already made and just taken out of the fridge. I'm not giving 1 star because the place is nice and I believe the staff is trying to do the best with what they have.

Their system doesn’t work for making orders. Every single person arriving has no idea and the poor man at the till needs to explain every time. Seems not enough staff or just no one in head office has tried to order food. Also the website for ordering is incredibly slow on 4G. Means it slows people down a lot. Shame as food is usually nice

Visited this restaurant on our first night in Paris, the service was amazing. The girl who served us was very nice and accommodating. However we returned on our last night and the service was terrible. The man who served us was rude as soon as we entered. Not sure of his name but he was middle aged with glasses. His attitude was disgusting especially considering he got our order wrong twice. He was very rude to me, a young woman. On my next visit to Paris I definitely will not be visiting here again. The bad experience was at 10pm on Tuesday 7th January. Horrible service from this man.

Hard to find friendly staff, smiling spite of hard work and demanding customers. Quality of food standard and not overpriced. Risotto interesting, but fantastic choice of desserts. A chain where customer is in first place. This one is a restaurant, so they bring the food to you instead of wait to be cooked I. Front of you.
